As Director of Education, Jill Grusch is developing a program to represent PWC in the greater Kansas City area in public and private schools. Her passion is to educate the next generation in healthy relationships, sexual risk avoidance, abuse/trafficking prevention, identity and much more. Primary prevention and breaking generational patterns are goals of the program and will benefit the men, women and children of the community. Jill brings experience from working for nonprofits throughout her life in various roles, including that of community educator. She and her husband Ed have six children and four grandchildren so far!

Maddie Schroder joined the PWC team in May 2024 as the Client Services Director. She oversees the wellbeing and training of the volunteers, care of clients, and the Smart Steps program. Serving as an intern at Life.Church, she grew spiritually, professionally, and personally, which equipped her for the Client Services Director role. When Maddie is not working, she is leading students at Switch (youth ministry), volunteering at church, or hanging out with friends. Almost always, she is talking about her love for Jesus and Dr Pepper.

At PWC, we are strategically working to connect with fathers, and we will continue to share details about this vital work. One way our supporters can get involved is by being informed on family and life issues. When we have data and connect with the bigger picture, we are more equipped to support and engage.
